I ordered Fish and chips and it became amazing experience. Not only the taste but also the story of the store, owners history etc. Enjoy atmosphere once you are at. I was lucky that I found out this store as a traveler. I highly recommend this store for everybody. Thank you so much!

service was excellent, owners were so friendly and even gave us homemade dahl! the food was even better - the fish was substantial, perfectly battered without being too oily and the chips were great! don’t miss this place out if you’re in the area, definitely one of the best fish and chips i’ve eaten

Delicious chip - just right thickness - not thin but not too thick. As per owner - real hand cut - sounds like true. I had grilled fish and hubby had battered. Generous amount of chips and good serve of fish! They just recently opened up - you can tell, but way to go! Keep up the great food and people will be coming in! We'll definitely be back!

Not only did I enjoy the fish and chips but the owner made me feel like family. After I finished my meal, I ended up sitting at the table with the owner and one of his friends and we talked for two hours as if we had know each other for years. I sure hope to go back to Perth (I live in the Atlanta, GA area) and if so, I will certainly come back to the Pelican, for sure. Because its family now

We ordered fish and chips with an extra fish added. Great price, delicious taste, and friendly service! The portion was perfect with enough chips for one person and four large pieces of fish. Easily one of the best fish and chips I’ve had in Perth. Highly recommend for those who love or hate fish&chips! 😉
